Each side of the coupling comes with ready lubricated seals, so connecting lengths of pipe is easy – just slot them together. Each socket makes a reliable waterproof connection. They’re made of maintenance-free plastic, which is an advantage when you’re installing drains – you really don’t want to face any inspection problems with your system. You’ll need planning permission if you’re making new connections into public drains, which is why the socket is manufactured to conform with all necessary British Standards and Building Regulations.”
